How it works ?

yacht co-ownership with Odyssée Premium

Several owners jointly purchase shares in the same yacht. Each owner has guaranteed weeks of use, allocated equally by our team. The yacht is fully managed by professionals. All you have to do is come aboard and sail.

The pleasure of sailing without the hassle.

What is a yacht syndicate?

A yacht syndicate is simple: several owners jointly purchase shares of the same yacht, splitting the purchase price and ongoing expenses in proportion to their ownership stake.

The result: you gain access to an exceptional yacht at a fraction of the cost, without any management hassles.

What’s included:

Guaranteed weeks of use each year
Complete professional management (cleaning, maintenance, crew, logistics)
Full transparency regarding planning, finances, and the yacht’s condition via our app

How are the weeks on board divided?

The Rotation System

Weeks are allocated in turn, in a simple and transparent way:

  1. Each owner chooses one week at a time, in order (owner 1, then 2, 3… down to the last).
  2. The cycle repeats until all weeks have been allocated.
  3. The following year, the order is reversed: the last to choose becomes the first.

This system guarantees complete fairness in the long term.

Week Swaps

You can swap your weeks with other owners at any time via the app — to adjust your dates, combine two consecutive weeks, or give away an unused week.

Our international owners can also swap their week on their yacht (in Mallorca, for example) for a week on one of our yachts elsewhere in the world.

The basics of the union: what you need to know

Item Details
Number of co-owners 2 to 6 per yacht
Weeks on board per year 3 to 12 depending on share
Maintenance costs Shared proportionally to each owner’s share
Week allocation Scheduling management ensures fairness
Yacht preparation Personal belongings are placed on board, and a complete cleaning is performed before each arrival

A dedicated team takes care of everything

You don’t have to manage a thing. Three key roles ensure the smooth running of the yacht:

The yacht manager oversees all daily operations: maintenance, upkeep, coordination with owners, and document management.

The finance manager handles all transactions related to day-to-day expenses and provides each owner with a detailed expense report.

The housekeeping team prepares the yacht before each embarkation: placing your personal belongings, deep cleaning—so you return to your yacht as if it were your own, every time.

What’s the best time to sail?

In the Mediterranean as in the Caribbean, each season has its advantages.

July and August are slightly more popular in the Mediterranean—that’s to be expected. But the 4 to 5 months of the off-season often offer excellent weather, less crowded ports, and more relaxed sailing.

Many of our owners enjoy their yachts off-season, using them as floating hotels ideally located in a lively harbor.

And because our groups bring together a diverse range of people—families with school-aged children, retirees, professionals—date preferences are naturally varied. Every week finds a taker, and the system remains fair.
